I am an Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia with a passion for cultivating open, validating, supportive and honest conversations to help you better navigate the intricacies of life. As a mental health advocate, I enjoy the collaborative process of therapy and strive to support my clients in their exploration of self-love, self-care, and soul healing journeys.

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am certified as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator which allows me to assess and help couples identify their relationship strengths, gain understanding about the underlying dynamics that influence their communication to then help couples develop skills to improve their growth areas.

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples specializing in areas such as life transitions, self-exploration, anxiety, coping skills, and relationships.

I use an eclectic approach when working with my clients including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
