Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, dedicated to helping people from all walks of life — from teens navigating identity and purpose to adults facing life transitions or emotional challenges. My approach is person-centered, meaning our work together will be shaped around your unique story, values, and goals. I believe in fostering a relationship built on mutual respect, empathy, and collaboration. However you need to heal, change, transform, or grow, I’m here to support and guide you on that journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
My clinical specialties include addiction recovery, anxiety and OCD, depression, anger management, grief and loss, and relationship and family issues. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma or are living with PTSD, helping them process difficult experiences in a safe and compassionate space. Additionally, for those who wish, I can integrate spiritual or faith-based perspectives into our sessions. I have an affirming and allied nature, welcoming clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, abilities, and identities.
As a lifelong learner, I hold degrees in Counseling, Psychology, and Divinity, which allow me to view emotional well-being through both psychological and holistic lenses. My therapeutic approach draws from multiple evidence-based models, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Existential, Gestalt, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Together, we’ll explore ways to express, manage, and accept thoughts and emotions, improving both your mental health and relationships.
